Simrad S5100 Upgrade on a Haines Hunter SS725
We recently worked on this awesome Haines Hunter SS725 hardtop that was already kitted out with a Simrad EVO3S 16" display and through-hull B175L & B175HW transducers. A solid setup — but the customer wanted even more from their sounder at depth.
To unlock the full potential of those transducers, we added a Simrad S5100 sonar module to the network. The S5100 provides dedicated CHIRP processing, giving a noticeable boost in depth performance and target clarity — especially useful for serious deep-water fishers.
