Riviera 37 – Complete Garmin Marine Electronics Upgrade
East Coast Marine Electronics recently completed a comprehensive marine electronics upgrade aboard this Riviera 37, featuring a new Garmin navigation and autopilot system.
The helm has been transformed with dual Garmin GPSMAP 8412XSV multifunction displays, professionally integrated into a custom-fitted acrylic dash panel for a clean, factory-style finish. A Garmin GHC 50 autopilot controller was also installed at the helm, providing dedicated control of the new autopilot system.

With the installation complete, we took advantage of a break in the weather to carry out the final on-water commissioning. This included Garmin autopilot calibration, setup and testing to ensure everything was operating correctly.
The system has now been fully calibrated and tested, with the boat ready to enjoy its upgraded navigation, sonar, radar and autopilot capabilities.
