If you're after even more performance, the GPSMAP 8400 series steps it up with dual-channel 1kW CHIRP sonar, offering even better target separation and depth capability. These units also support UHD ClearVü and SideVü, but come with a worldwide basemap only — so you’ll need to add Garmin Navionics+ charts separately if you want full detail.
